Surgery Opening hours
Telephone consultations are available and are a safe, convenient way to manage many medical issues. They can be arranged by calling Reception or by filling in this form.
If the problem is urgent please contact Reception and we will do our best to assist you.
We have an opt-out automatic text messaging service which we use to remind patients about their upcoming appointments, and other communications relating only to health information. If you do not wish to receive text messages from us, please inform Reception.
If you cannot attend your consultation, please let us know as soon as possible as another patient may be able to avail of the appointment.
